Breakfast burritos


One tortilla per person
One slice of ham per lab
1/2 green pepper
1/2 tomato
1/2 cup cheese
1 egg equivalent per person

1. Cut ham in small pieces
2. Put in frying pan on low heat
3. Let one side brown then turn over with fork
5. Pour egg mixture in pan scramble
6. Season with salt and pepper
7. Add grated cheese to scrambled eggs just before they are done
8. Warm tortillas in microwave for 20 seconds or more if needed
9. Add tomatoes, green peppers, and ham to the eggs
10. Roll up in a tortilla
