BREADSTICKS


1 1/2 C. + 2T FLOUR
1 t. SALT
1/2 t. SUGAR
2 1/4 t. ACTIVE DRY YEAST
3/4 C WARM WATER
1 T. OIL

1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in medium bowl.
2. Stir in flour, oil, and salt. Beat vigorously for 20 strokes.
3. Cover and let rest for 20 min.
4. Preheat oven to 375∞
5. Form bread into desired shapes. Spread melted butter with pastry brush onto breadsticks.
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
7. Bake for 20 min.

DIPPING SAUCE
1/2 C. TOMATO SAUCE
1/8 Tsp. OREGANO
1/4 Tsp. ITALIAN SEASON
1/4 Tsp. PEPPER
1/4 Tsp. GARLIC POWDER

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
