7 Layer Bean Dip


1/4 c. Refried beans
1/2 Large avocado
1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
3-6 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. Sour cream
1 t. Taco seasoning
1/4 C. Grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tomato (seeded and chopped)
1 green onion (chopped)
1/3 can black olives (sliced)
1/2 bag Packaged corn chips

1. Peel and mash avocados. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Add Tabasco sauce to mashed avocados for flavor.
2. Combine taco seasoning with sour cream.
3. Spread refried beans evenly over serving plate.
4. Layer remaining ingredients in this order avocado, sour cream mixture, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, olives.
5. Arrange chips around dip.
